hi! I wanted to add a couple pages referencing current academic journal article

hi! I wanted to add a couple pages referencing current academic journal articles about women of color in congress.
Specifically I want to address how there is not enough research answering these questions today.
1. What has been your biggest challenge?
2. What advice would you give to an emerging woman of a color leader?
3. Who has been a former leader of yours?
4. How do we make sure the decisions being made are not just from the views and experiences of
the privileged and powerful?
5. What impact do you want to have?
Also, I want to add a section that says the thesis is working on answering these questions.

Research question: Can racial balance be achieved without affirmative action policies in elite universities (Princeton, Yale, Harvard)?

Below are my remarks on the instruction file:
Please, do identify the dependent and independent variables.
The research purpose being pursued is “Descriiptive Study,” which makes this research quantitative research, meaning you will be using existing data/literature to complete the paper.
You are free to decide on the time dimension of the study.
I think probability sampling can provide some leeway going forward with the research. Or you can decide whether to choose probability or non-probability sampling.
When you get to data collection, like I mentioned earlier that this is a quantitative research, so you will be using data collection techniques such old survey, interviews and review of secondary data.
For the ethical concerns part, I was not able to find any ethical issues but if you find any do mention.(voluntary participation, informed consent, anonymity, confidentiality, potential for harm, and results communication).

Women are vastly underrepresented in Congress. They account for less than half of the 535 congressmen and congresswomen. There are currently 151 women in Congress, which means that the statistics equate to approximately 28% of the total (Women in Congress, 1917-2022: Service Dates and Committee Assignments by Member, and List by State and Congress, 2022). Although the United States Congress has come far from years prior, it is still not equal representation. It is plausible that there are so few women in Congress because of sexual injustice being that women get paid less than men. It could also be due to women not being allowed the same opportunities as men when it comes to jobs. Congressmen and likely the rest of the country may think that women are not as capable as their male counterparts, but I am of the strong belief that Congress should represent the U.S. in the same proportions. The U.S. Census states that in July 2021, the proportion of women in the U.S. was 50.4% (U.S. Census Bureau Quickfacts: United States, 2021). If the proportions were to stay equivalent, this would mean that Congress should be made of more women than men, but it is the opposite. There are more women in the U.S. than men! How is that fair representation? It does not seem likely that the statistics will drastically change within my lifetime because the number of women in Congress has only been slowly growing. I make this hypothesis because it has been questioned why women are excluded from American Democracy since 1917 (Greenberg & Page, 2018). For so long now, most of Congress has been represented by older Caucasian males. Just as our assignment for this week addresses, not only are women underrepresented but so are other minorities in our country. I believe that ratios are capable of change, the question is how hard this will be and how long will it take. The saying goes “be the change you want to see in the world”, so more women must run for election to the Senate and the House of Representatives Members in order for fellow citizens to vote them in.

Nature of the Assignment: The goal of this assignment is for students to apply the concepts of the Dynamic Court View or Constrained Court View to one of the cases below. In the end, you will thoroughly research the case you selected as well as the apparent influences on the Supreme Court resulting in the decision. You may only select from the following case: Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (2022) Your paper must include the following components: (1) provide an introduction that includes a strong thesis statement setting forth the position you will take relative to your case; (2) summarize your case, including who are the parties, the main legal claims presented and how the court resolved them; (3) set forth the elements of either the DCV or CCV model depending on which model fits your case; (4) analyze your case in light of the elements from either a DCV or CCV perspective (this is where you need to incorporate the research you discovered on the various elements of DCV or CCV); (5) develop and rebut the most persuasive counter-argument(s) and (6) offer the broader implications about your analysis, in other words, what does your case study tell us about the conditions under which the Supreme Court is more likely to be “dynamic” versus “constrained.” Logistics of the Paper: Papers must be 10 to 12 pages in length, double spaced, on 8 ½ by 11-inch paper, using a 12-point, legible font (such as New Times Roman or Courier). Every paper must have a title page that includes a title, the student’s name, the student’s TA, and the section time. Neither the title page nor the Work Cited page count toward your total page count. All papers must be stabled in the upper left corner (no folders). Any paper less than 10 full pages will be marked down ½ grade (5 pts). Caveat: You will be graded in part on the quality and quantity of your research. You may cite scholarly (peer-reviewed) sources and non-scholarly sources, although scholarly sources are viewed as more valid and therefore more valuable to your analysis. You must also properly cite all sources using a Work Cited page with parenthetical citations, including internal page cites. Please follow MLA format

Question: “According to the author, Big Data/Tech companies have transcended far beyond the bounds of business and have managed to unshackle themselves from some of the limitations of state-level geopolitics. Considering that cyberspace seems to be evolving far more quickly than regulations/policies can be adopted, do you think that the author is correct in his position that Big Data/Tech companies will be the guiding light for policy initiatives moving forward?”

Is heritage foundation a conservative or liberal think tank?

Referencing the review of the Federal Bureaucracy and the O’Connell article, analyze how and why bureaucratic organizations are created. Next take a look at the Heritage Foundation article on Bureaucracy. This is an example of a conservative think tank. I want to see you critically evaluate sources as well so though many of these reports are very well done you have to determine if there is a bias associated with the organization. Is Heritage Foundation a conservative or liberal think tank? How does it add to the analysis of bureaucratic organizations? Are there other organizations you can find that give an opposing opinion? Give current examples of bureaucratic organizations and how these resources inform your analysis of them.
O’CONNELL, A. J. (2014). Bureaucracy at the Boundary. University of Pennsylvania Law Review, 162(4), 841–927.
